Scene 1: The Chemistry class

We’re in a chemistry lesson where two bullies are threatening two boys.

Tom

Hi pal, I hope you can run really fast.

Pete

Why?

Emma

Well, you wouldn’t want us to catch up with you would you?

Louise

Why are you so mean to us? What have we done to you?

Tom

Nothing, we just don’t like you.

Emma

Or rather we love not liking you

The bullies walk away laughing as the teacher comes in

Tom

Hi Mr Palpo. I hope you’re well.

Mr Palpo

Thank you for asking Tom, you’re always so considerate

Emma

That’s because you’re always so considerate with us Sir

Mr Palpo

You two are always so kind

In another corner Pete and Louise are discussing the issue and are overheard by a number of others.

Pete

It really get’s on my nerves. They manage to convince the teachers that they’re nice people, instead they’re making our lives a misery.

George

Guys I couldn’t help overhearing you. I agree with you. The teachers are blind to it.

Ella

I’ve spoken to the teachers about it and they just tell me that I’m exaggerating.

Tim

Well if the teachers don’t listen what hope have we got?

Pete

Errrmmm. Pretty much zero.

Louise

Pete can I have a quick word. You’re so right, however, I’ve got a secret to share with you that may be able to help with our problem with them…

Pete

Really? Can’t you tell the others?

Louise

No

Pete

What is it?

Louise

An invisibility potion

Pete

What?

Louise

You heard me, a potion that makes you invisible.

Pete

Yeah right.

Louise

You don’t believe me and I don’t blame you but drink it and try it. What have you got to lose?

Pete

You have a point. Give it here.

Louise hands a little glass to Pete and he drinks it. Then looks at his arms and body.

Pete

It’s rubbish. Doesn’t work.

Louise

Ummmmn. I must have got the calculation wrong.

Pete

Maybe you’re not the genius that you thought you were.

Then the bell goes. The good guys walk out

Pete

Right, we better run, they’re after us.

They rush out of the class with the bullies in pursuit

We see a long chase take place.

At one point we see the good guys run round a corner and they fade into invisibility. The bullies run round the corner and are totally puzzled as to where the goodies have disappeared to. They are looking everywhere, talking takes place between them but they eventually give up.

Emma

Where the heck have they gone?

Tom

They can’t have disappeared just like that.

Emma

So they think that they can fool us and get away with it?

Tom

They haven’t got to know us well enough yet. They will after this.

They walk off

Pete

Oooh, I’m scared. Don’t they realise that we now have superpowers.

Louise

They will after this.

They both laugh

Pete

Is this actually real?

Louise

Yes, we are indeed invisible.

Pete

This is amazing, I apologise for doubting you, it looks like you are the genius you claimed after all.

Louise

I can hear you but I can’t see you

Pete

Can we pick up things?

Louise

I dunno, I’ll give It a try, I’m sure we can, we’re not ghosts.

Pete picks up a plant pot. We see this plant pot going around of it’s own accord. Louise throws it up in the air and just when we think it’s going to smash onto the floor it get’s caught (invisibly)

Scene 2: The Bullies Karma

Pete

Right time to get our own back on the bullies.

Louise

Well perfect timing they’re just about to pick their next victim

Pete

Do you know what. I’ve got the perfect plan

We see the bullies, again they are picking on a victim. The victim is cornered and the two bullies are demanding money.

Tom

Oi you give me your lunch money

George

But all I’ve got is this bag of crips and I’m really hungry

Emma

Oh, you poor thing. You’re hungry. Well let me take just one.

In fact Emma takes the whole packet, grabs one and eats it, passes one to Tom and then empties the crisps onto the floor

Emma

Oops that’s a shame. I appear to have dropped them on the floor. Well If you’re still hungry you better be quick before the ants get them.

Camera looks to the floor. We see the crisps scattered. And we see the shoe laces of the bullies getting tied together.

Louise then whispers into the ear of the victim while the bullies are laughing. The victim looks shocked and puzzled to hear the whispering but follows the instructions and runs.

Louise

Don’t be alarmed, you can’t see me. Trust me these bullies won’t be able to come after you so run now.

The victim turns and runs. The bullies try to run after her but they fall on the floor. Everyone starts laughing. The bullies look down to their feet.

Tom

How did our feet end up tied together?

Emma

I don’t know but something paranormal is happening here.

Scene 3: The Bullies

We’re in the canteen focused on three people eating

Tim

That was amazing what happened yesterday when Tom and Emma were picking on you.

George

I know. Everyone couldn’t stop laughing. They really got what they deserved.

Ella

How did you do it?

George

I didn’t do anything. It’s really weird, paranormal really. I heard a voice whisper in my ear and told me to run but there was no one there. I did as the voice said and somehow their shoe laces had been tied together.

Jim

It’s like an angel is looking after you.

George

It is, however, there’s a problem. The teachers now think that it’s Tom and Emma who are being bullied.

Ella

So the teachers have never thought that we were victims of bullying but now they actually think the bullies are victims of bullying?

George

Exactly

Ella

That’s crazy.

George

The thing I want to know is. After what happened yesterday have they learned their lesson or will they carry on doing it?

We see Tom and Emma walking in.

Ella

I’ve got a feeling we’re about to get the answer to that question.

Tom and Emma walk over to them and without saying anything go and put salt and pepper in their deserts and start laughing.

Tom

Emma. We’re genius.

Emma

Why?

Tom

These teachers man, they still think we’re some goody two shoes.

Emma

Yep, in fact more than that, they actually think we’re the victims.I think we deserve an Oscar.

Tom

More than one I think.

They go and sit down at a table ready to eat their desert. Without them knowing Pete and Louise (invisible) go up behind them and tap their shoulders.

Suddenly they both turn round and look behind them and both say

Emma and Tom

why did you tap me on the shoulder.

I didn’t.

Yes you did.

They carry on eating

Then it happens again

They look round

As they’re looking round we see salt and pepper pot’s being emptied on their deserts.

Emma

Well it wasn’t me.

Tom

It wasn’t me either.

They start to eat and we see both their faces change as the taste of salt and pepper hits.

Scene 4: Caught out

We hear a conversation between the goodies.

Louise

We’ve got a problem

Pete

What is it?

Louise

We don’t have much potion left, it’s run out much faster than I thought

Pete

Can’t you make some more?

Louise

The schools run out of one of the key ingredients

They look down at their arms

Pete

Oh my god we’re fading into visibility

The bullies suddenly turn up

Tom

Right, you’ve been sussed

The goodies are walking backwards in fear and are now cornered

Emma

See if you can disappear out of this one now

Bullies are laughing. We slowly see the bullies approaching and the goodies be trapped.

Suddenly the bullies mysteriously get pulled back. By who?

They try to run but they end up up ending themselves and falling on the floor.

Then we see the teacher come into visibility and declares to the goodies

Mr Palpo

Guys, I worked out what you had done. I have to admit, coming up with an invisibility potion is genius. However I am now banning the potion from the school. I’m afraid we need to destroy it.

Louise

But sir, it’s brilliant and we used it for good

Mr Palpo

Well, we can argue that but If this get’s in the wrong hands the consequences will be horrendous” Promise me now that you will never use the potion again.

Pete

But sir

Mr Palpo

Promise me

Pete & Louise

Oh ok, we promise

Then Mr Palpo turns to the baddies

Mr Palpo

Guys, I actually thought that you were model students, but I’ve been watching you while invisible in the last week and I’ve seen all the bullying that you’ve been doing, and you’re coming with me right now to the headmasters office and your parents are going to hear about this

They all walk off scene. Suddenly we see a glass of tango floating through the air, stop, and then we see a person (the first victim) appear. They turn to the camera and say

George

Well, good job I didn’t promise not to use the potion

Then winks to the camera
