I have been given your email address as I understand you run a Saturday club from our school. I am currently looking for new afterschool clubs for the summer term and wondered whether this is something you would be interested in offering? We have had a lot of requests from parents for performing arts and drams clubs so anticipate it being very popular.

Our afterschool clubs run 3.15-4.15pm. Clubs will start week commencing 22nd April 2024 and run for 10 weeks, excluding week commencing 27th May 2024 which is our half term. We have Foundation to Year 6, and usually offer clubs to a few year groups at a time. We would be able to offer you the small hall or a classroom for you to run the club from.

Many thanks for sending over the information.

We have an INSET day at school on Friday 28th June 2024, therefore no clubs will be running on this day. As a result, your club would run for 9 weeks instead of 10.
