Fake inspector shoeso escapes from a prison, with the help of dangerous dan. They kidnap the teachers in a school. They take children one by oone to a different location.
One rebellious child, Holly, manages to survive, frees herself using equipment from the gymn.

Dangerous Dan, and fake shoe so brainswash the children into becoming their servants.

Holly together with another girl find a secret base.
They foil the plan
