The thriller Christmas

The whole play is set in a living room. We start with a mum and dad talking to their 3 kids.

Mum

Right you horrible lot, dad and I have made a decision.

Dad

We are fed up of you guys not getting on so we've got come up with a plan

Mum

We've decided to go on our Christmas holidays without you

Dad

So you can learn to work together and get on

Mackenzie

How dare you even thinking of doing such a thing

Bob

There's no way I'm spending Christmas alone with these bratts

Millie

ha ha, there's no way you're going to do that is there

There's a pause while they realise they are going to do it

All the kids

omg, you're actually serious

We hear the door slam shut

Mackenzie

Right guys I'm in charge, cause I'm the smartest

Bon says this very proudly with hands on his hips

Bob

Oh not you're not, I am cause I'm the man of the house.

Both Mackenzie and Millie laugh out loud 

Millie

 Puh-lease, I am cause I'm the eldest - most mature and I'm obviously the favourite. 

All Siblings break into an argument, over-lapping eachother. Until they hear a loud thud, to which they turn to eachother and say. 

All together 

Oh what have you done now!! 

Millie 

No guys... I think there's someone in the house. 

Bob

Alright drama queen, calm down. Its probably just Mum and Dad coming back. 

Mackenzie runs to the window and sees that there are no cars in the driveway. 

Mackenzie 

No Bob, I think she's right. Their car isnt here. 

Bob

Right, let's hide

They run into a secret room.

Millie 

Oh wow. Here's the machine mum and dad been working on

Bob

The one that gives christmas superpowers?

Mackenzie 

Yeah, that's the one
