Update: What to wear
We decided at the last lesson that everyone would wear a white top and black below. Footwear should be black or dark.
Hi Everyone,
I am absolutely thrilled to share the new information website detailing Giffard Park's upcoming performance at Crescendo Live!
I have specifically invited our class to participate in this event because they are a particularly talented, hard-working young team. Performing at Stantonbury Theatre is a phenomenal opportunity for them. Getting to step out onto a professional stage—complete with incredible sound, dazzling lighting, and tiered seating for a perfect view—is an unforgettable experience. They will also be performing alongside a variety of other inspiring artists. You definitely won't want to miss seeing them shine in this environment!
The Performance
We will be performing live on stage, debuting two songs from the original Musical Theatre piece we’ve been working so hard on, Born to be Free. We will be singing the title track, "Born to be Free," along with either "Musicals and Me" or "You're Not Alone."
Important Details
Date: Sunday, 14th June 2026
Venue: Stantonbury Theatre
Times: 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Action Required: I am inviting the class to perform at both the 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM performances to give them the full theatre experience.
Note: We will still be performing the full musical theatre piece in the school hall at a later date, which is yet to be set, but Crescendo Live is an exclusive preview of two or three of the songs on a professional stage!
